Carol Schutz - Teacher (M, W, F 3's)

 

Hello! My name is Carol Schutz or Teacher Carol.

 

In my heart, my role as Teacher Carol is second only to my role as Mom.  Upon completing my studies in Education at Immaculata University, and when my son Sammy started first grade, I began my tenure at Preschool in the Valley.  Currently, Sammy is now an independent, young adult and I am a seasoned early childhood educator.  The love and acceptance that our preschool family has extended to me has enriched my personal life, fostered my professional development, and inspired me to extend love and acceptance to the children whom I serve.

I am proud of the academic milestones my three-year old students achieve throughout the year; by May, they are well versed in colors, shapes, upper case letters, single digit recognition and puzzle assembly. But my greatest reward is watching the love of Christ take root in their hearts as they migrate away from self-centeredness and toward rich relationships with peers and teachers.  Accompanying them on this journey is among the greatest privileges of my life. I welcome the opportunity to embrace the innocence of your children and travel the road to maturity with your sweet family!
